mary-alice arthur / new zealand
Mary Alice Arthur is a facilitator for inspired change. The word ‘facilitator’ comes from the Latin root ‘facile’, ‘to make easy’. Mary-Alice’s key focus is in creating spaces for people to do their best work together. ‘Inspired’ harkens to the ability she has to help people to look at their situation from the perspective of positive possibility. ‘Change’ comes when people are supported first to honour, and then move from their strengths, to common and then higher ground.
Mary Alice Arthur is a life-long intentional nomad and on the way has been gathering wit and wisdom from the world in the form of stories, mythologies, teachings and learnings, which weave their way into her life and work. She has been a facilitator for inspired change over the last 15 years with groups of all kinds; from strategically focused projects to visioning and large group work. Her work has the intention of witnessing and supporting authentic mastery. www.getsoaring.org |
monica nissén / finland
Monica is a co founder and practitioner The Art of Hosting & Harvesting. Starting her professional life with a degree in architecture – Monica found very early on, that designing processes, was just as interesting as designing buildings. For the past 25 years she has worked as a process consultant and facilitator. Since Toke and Monica co-founded InterChange in 1991, they have worked with dialogue based, participatory processes, engaging larger groups of people in co-creating solutions, strategies or the futures they want.
In working with larger groups, besides facilitating, her special interest has been “Learning Ecology” – that is to harvest the results of these conversations, so that the collective wisdom and insights can be captured and put to good use. http://interchange.dk |
